Why rentals go wrong

Equipment that wasn't serviced, accessories nobody mentioned, and a rate that changed at the counter.

How we work

Serviced, checked, written down

A machine that fails on site costs more than the hire. Servicing between rentals and a check before anything leaves is the whole difference between a rental business worth using twice and one you use once.

Accessories are the other common failure. A grinder without the right disc is a paperweight, so the consumables conversation happens at the counter rather than on site.

And rates go in writing before anything is reserved. Daily, weekly or monthly, with the deposit and what's included stated — the counter is not the place to discover a different number.
